We can easily get more customers, but we only want satisfied customers. We are only two guys. There are limits on what we can do. We value your time and want to help you decide quickly if we are not the movers for you. Here is the list of reasons to help you take a fast exit from our website. Before exiting, visit our page with links, it may help you find movers for your kind of move.

• Cash is the only form of payment we accept, no money orders, cheques, credit cards, debit cards, etc.
• We can move you within British Columbia, usually not outside. We can help load or unload for long distance moves.
• We do not sell or rent moving supplies or equipment.
• We do not do garbage disposal because we must keep our trucks clean for moving and deliveries.
• We can move your belongings into or out of storage space you rent, but we do not rent storage space.
• We expect you to protect small items and pack them into boxes. We take care of protecting furniture.
• We can schedule a move only up to 30 days in advance.
• We are not available for moving every day, but often we can move you the same day you call. We can quickly tell you if we can do your move or not when you give us sufficient information about it.

• We do not insure your property. We carefully handle your possessions but we do not want to be in the insurance business. You pay us only after we finish the job, we are motivated to do it right. If we damage something, you can reduce the payment by the amount of damage. If you need more insurance, we prefer that you handle insurance directly with an insurance company. We refer you to a website where you can get more information and buy moving insurance if you decide that you need it. If this does not feel right to you, we are not the right movers for you. And if your strata council is looking for insured moving company to re-paint the lobby, we do not want that job.
