Gold Coins Enigma
What we know: A group(group 1) of people wait up all night i front of a store on the side walk to make sure they are the first in line to get a valueable collectible to raffle off for a fund raiser. Another group(group 2) hosts a car wash.
Group 1 sells the collectible to a very odd fellow in a comic book store for a pound of $10 pure gold coins. Group 2 makes a pound of $20 half gold coins.
Enigma: Which group has the most valueable set of coins?
Solution: A pound of pure gold is worth more than a pound of half pure gold, so group 1 has more value.
