Burnt Pancake Enigma

What we know: I freaking HATE bunrt pancakes! My mom used to make a bunchicatah(a large number) of them each time she cooked them. Anyway, one morning I went to get one and she said, "one is cooked just right on both sides, one is burnt on both sides and the last one is burnt on one side and perfect on the other." I picked one up and looked at one side. It was cooked nicely on the one side I saw. Also I did not look at the other 2 pancakes.

Enigma: What is the probabaility that the other side of the pancake I am about to eat is cooked just right?

Solution: 50% We know it is not the fully burnt one so it has to be the one with the one burnt side or the one with both sides cooked right.
