Mad Tea Party Enigma

What we know: On Dan Keck's unbirtday, Alice went to a tea party. All of the cups of tea are 97% caffeine free. The Mad Hatter, the March Hare and Alice sang, "Have a very merry unbirthday!" They insisted she have a cup of tea but most of the time, the Mad Hatter order for a clean cup. Dan was brushing his teeth and got mad when he saw Sam and Legs in the window. Alice fell in the mud and the March Hare had it's mouth open and his face turned red.

Enigma: How many cups of tea would she have to drink in order to obtain the same amount of caffeine as a cup that was not reduced in caffeine?

Solution: 33 1/3 cups. Because there is 3 percent caffeine left in the doctored coffee; in 100 cups there would be enough for 3 cups of regular; 3 goes into 100 exactly 33 1/3 times.
