Civil Depositions
The Civil Deposition Information is now incorporated into the appropiate Murder TimeLine -- data which could not be codified by time sequence, but was deemed relevant has also been included.
The Investigation TimeLines prior to 10:00 and subsequent to 10:00
The sequence of events on June 13th, 1994, begin with the arrival of Officer Robert Riske. When was evidence collected; who was there; what can the times tell us? Versions of specific events are established in time and hyperlinked to associated facts in the related Testimony.

Rockingham TimeLine
Events specific to Rockingham, from 9:00 PM to 11:15, the night of June 12th, 1994. Here you will learn the specific sequence of events that preclude the Killer of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman from being the one who dropped the bloody right glove behind Brian Kaelin's room at approximately 10:40 PM, or anytime thereafter.

The deposition information has now been used to edit the scenario establishing, The Glove was Planted. The events at Rockingham make this conclusion logically, and rationally, irrefutable.

"From the beginning of this whole case, it was really a question in my mind as to what happened. This case has really shaken my belief in society and the justice system, okay, because I see that a lot of people have gone forward and proclaimed things that happened in a way that they didn't happen, and, you know. over the last year and a half it's been a very trying time for me to figure out why people are the way they are."

-- Christian Reichardt Deposition, March 22, 1996 {now on TIMELINES}

Bundy Blood Drops
The blood drops, to the left of the shoeprints, at Bundy have been associated with those at Rockingham. Here's an experiment you can try, it reproduces the drops and explains their origin.

Three weeks after the murder, Detective Lange orders the collection of a Blood Drop which appeared to be Simpson's. In February 1995, the District Attorney misplaced the evidence. Without it, can the Plaintiffs establish it contains no presevative? If they can't establish that, can they win the Civil Case?

Allan Park - No Bronco, but a mysterious Dark Car

Five elements, at Rockingham, link Simpson to the murders

  1. Kato Kaelin's "Earthquake Noise". Fuhrman learned of it at 5:45 AM.
  2. The Glove it's location justified by the noise. Fuhrman wasa photographed with the matching glove at 4:00 AM.
  3. The infamous BRONCO providing Transportation. Fuhrman drew attention to the way it was parked at 5:15 AM.
  4. The Victim's Blood in the Bronco. Discovered by Fuhrman, at 5:25 AM.
  5. The Bronco Carpet Fiber on the glove which links the two in time.

The Bronco justified everything.

Can you see that which isn't there? Petrocelli's Dilemma, when our witnesses were with Simpson and where the Bronco should have been, the Bronco remained unseen.

How can a witness testify that a vechile is missing, if they didn't see it when it should have been seen? Three witnesses state they looked, but did not see. Which opens the possibilities that face Petrocelli in Openning Arguments

After a ten to two vote for acquital, the Criminal Jury, requested Allan Park's March 28th testimony -- and immediately voted to ACQUIT.

  • Was the Bronco at Rockingham that night?
  • How will the Plaintiff explain the Dark Car in Arnelle's parking space?
  • Remove the Bronco and the common link is Mark Fuhrman.

      Simpson is INNOCENT if:

    1. Arnelle, or someone else, had the Bronco.
    2. The Bronco was there during the murders.
    3. Kato's noise occurred during the murders.
    4. Both gloves were at Bundy at 4:00 AM Monday morning.
  • And recall, it was the Allen Park testimony which changed the critical votes.
The Civil Trial promises to be very interesting.

On Marcia Clark

From the testimony and public record information disclosed in the media, are used to explore the ethical character of the Lead Prosecutor. Is it possible that she knowingly prosecuted an innocent man? How honest was her prosecution of Orenthal James Simpson? Are her statements worthy of investigation? Of course.

In the process of investigating Clark, we see how Darden asserted the Timeline doesn't matter -- Simpson is guilty even when time precludes it.

What, exactly is the the prosecution Timeline, that they can abandon it so easily? As you will discover, it's a total fabrication without basis in testimony. It's goal, protect Fuhrman at any cost. If Fuhrman falls, the political power structure of Los Angeles crumbles.

Of course, there may be an "honest" timeline to support Simpson's guilt; one which doesn't attempt to cover for Mark Fuhrman -- one which supports the idea that They're Both Guilty. Any flaws it might have will have to be corrected by Daniel Petrocelli -- The Goldman Attorney in the Civil Case against O.J. Simpson.

As for Ms. Clark, her reformated page now looks at her defense of Fuhrman -- not before the jury, but before the Court and World spectators. Her Staccato delivery would do justice to any used car dealership. Slowed to a readable pace, and her distortion of logic examined in context, one readily discerns how she bilked so many.

This was a prosecution by soundbite. And poor Christopher Darden; juror Armanda Cooley wrote in her book "MADAM FOREMAN",

"I remember thinking he was there as a token because the jury was predominately black," she wrote. "I thought the prosecution felt they needed this particular balance. To me, this was the first 'race card,' as it has come to be called, and it was played by the prosecution. It didn't fool me, and it didn't fool a lot of other people on the jury either."

Darden's book "IN CONTEMPT", demonstrates the anger without focus; possibly derived from having been Garcetti's "token"; certainly excluded from the inner circle and used by Clark.

Defense Attorney Gerald Uelman -- author of "LESSONS FROM THE TRIAL" has characterized "IN CONTEMPT" as "pre-pubescent pouting".

The glove demonstration, suggested by Clark, established that Darden was expendable. And in his denial -- he shows his inability to accept reality, to accept that HE was the race card being played.

As we are now learning, Robert Shapiro tied on the gloves prior to Simpson and realized they would never fit his client. In the Civil Depositions, we are learning that, while the gloves were labled XL, extra-large, Simpson generally wears XXL and only in certain select golf gloves, will a L or XL fit his hands. Only gloves that are unlined and designed to stretch will fit his enormous hands.

Fuhrman's Opportunity

Dectective Mark Fuhrman had the means, motive and opportunity required to allow him to obtain, and plant the Rockingham Glove. These pages came about, in part, because the prosecution went to such extraordinary lengths to mislead the average spectator into believing that this was not the case. Marcia Clark, as lead prosecutor, conducted a trial based on lies, half truths and convoluted logic. The most fascinating thing about this trial is, Mark Fuhrman knew the system would cover for him -- and boasted about it in the "Fuhrman Tapes".

If you believe Fuhrman DID NOT Tamper with evidence,

A Summary of Analysis to date:
As the testimony analysis into various aspects of this case are completed, we will be posting a summary to this page. It should be kept in mind, that all analysis is fully documented in the testimony. Where questions exist, we will endeavor to answer those questions. Ultimately, we believe this will lead to the indictment, arrest and conviction of Detective Mark Fuhrman, for the crime of tampering with evidence in a capital case.

Logical Conflicts:{constantly emerging}
The seperate page devoted to discussion of the logical conflicts has been discontinued. The logical conflicts introduced by Marcia Clark, and now confronting Daniel Petrocelli, have become too numerous.

Jury tampering appears to be the topic of the day. You can read the letter and in camera transcript of the Francine Florio Bunten dismissal, which raises more questions than answers.

Ito tells #353 the title, later reads her the letter.

THE COURT: SO THE QUESTION IS, DOES 1427 GO AS WELL AS 353?
MS. CLARK: I WOULDN'T THINK SO.
THE COURT: I THINK 353 IS GONE.
HERE'S THE PROBLEM. SHE OUT AND OUT LIED ABOUT THIS COMMUNICATION WITH 1427.
MS. CLARK: I'M NOT SAYING SHE SHOULD STAY. I'M SAYING THAT WE SHOULD INVESTIGATE ANYHOW.
THE COURT: NO. IF I AM GOING TO BOOT HER, THEN IT'S A WASTE OF MY TIME.
Evidence List
CNN provides a reasonable list of the The Prosecution Exhibits. They have also provided a listing of The Prosecution Evidence by Item Number. No similar list will appear on these pages at this time.

Justice Fund Several funds have been established with regard to this case, we will endeavor to list them here.
