*.As you drive up twords stamp street you see a sign on a 15 story building and a parking garage attached to it. Since you're not doing anything else you decide to stop and look around. As you're turning the corner you notice that the building is black with a white decorative piller reaching to the top on each of the four corners of the building the four sides strong and shiny - mostly composing of windows. the front of the building has a small mini park with a bench and a circle of flowers. You notice that the 6 or more people in the mini-park are all writing something on paper. You must hurry and turn the corner to get to the parking garage because the street your on is in the middle of downtown and it is very busy. as you enter the garage you are suprised to find out that parking is free for all who have business at the WWWL Excelence Center. you take the passage to the building and you notice a lighted floor directory in the main lobby. it reads:

eleventh floor - WWWL Dormatory / Bunk House (for WWWL ULWD students)
twelfth floor - U.S. Post Office
thirteenth floor - the Stationary Bank of the South West
forteenth floor - under construction
fifthteenth floor - Inky's Apartment
