   wish to know about...
[Markus] specific questions usually work better witht the Ouija because it is designed to 
   give literary responses
[Sparkels] do candels help at all because i read that they dident 
[Markus] after you have asked your questions... "let go" of the muscles in your arms , 
   completely relax them

[Markus] what candles do is reaffirm the connection between con. and subcon...
[Markus] it sets the mood 
[Markus] and your mind reacts accordingly

   trying ot maintain control
