Site Ladder League - Introductory
- Site - All Link-me=Link-u communities sites
- Ladder - a place to challenge, compete &
climb up the ladder and become the champion of all sites
- League - one-to-one, challenge and win for
the best, best of the best champion, count by votes of homepage
viewers
- Theme - improve your homepage by
comparison, win by votes but not hits, wider exposure to the
global Internet communities
- Result - recognised by the position you
stay on the ladder - the higher you climb up the ladder, the
better your homepages are, the more hits you will get
Joining Method
- fill in the League Entry Form
- tell your homepage viewer that you are in the League by adding the
following HTML codes into your homepage :

- queue for your round of challenge to begin; you may check the
League Schedule for your round
- when your competition turn comes, you (both challenger and
defender) will be notified by email;
you may ask your friends to vote for you; your challenge will have
7 rounds, i.e. one week of competition; so you'll have time to
catch up
- the cummulative number of votes for you will be counted so as
the determine which party wins
- for the voter, each person (identified by email-ID) can only vote
for one person per day (00:00:00 to 23:59:59) at the
Site Ladder League Voting Page; there will have 4 competitions
take place every week concurrently, so always comes and votes for your
favourite sites
- when you are in the competition, check your result at the
Challenge Result Page
- when you first join the Ladder League, you will be placed in
the bottom of the Ladder League
- if you (challlenger) defeated the defender, you will replace the
defender's Ladder League position and the defender position will
be decended by one (so as the ladder sites below the defender)
- your position on the Ladder League will be posted to the
Communities List; it is represented by number of stars :
upper 20% Ladder sites will receive
5-star sites trophy
next lower 20% Ladder sites will receive
4-star sites trophy
next lower 20% Ladder sites will receive
3-star sites trophy
next lower 20% Ladder sites will receive
2-star sites trophy
next lower 20% Ladder sites will receive
1-star sites trophy
For the champion, you will receive a
All Site Ladder League Champion trophy
