[Markus,
This isn't a reading, but a question about a card that is in my deck. I don't know how familiar you are with the Renaissance deck that I use, but there's a card in it, that is called a "Presentation Card". I kept it out of the deck since it is only described in the book, and not presented like the rest of the cards. What is the purpose of this card? Should I shuffle it into the deck, or leave it out, or what? The book doesn't say what I'm supposed to do with it. Thanks! Blessings
Always,
Angel]
Interesting... I'm not sure what it is meant for, you'll have to check the book to find out it's purpose, since it is not generally within the deck. Personally, I include a blank card in my deck. When it shows, I end the reading there, regardless of what may follow, I know that when that card shows up, the reading stops; either because more should not be known or the rest is so unstable, continuing would be a waste of time. (I admit I borrowed this idea from Daniel M., so if you're reading this Dan -- thanks :)
If the book doesn't say, it may well be a card meant for personal use, such as I use the blank card (which did indeed come with the deck for the purchaser to use as they saw fit.) If you devise a meaning for the card, great! If not, feel free to leave it out of the deck. Remember, the cards meaning relies on you, not the book.
Blessings,
Markus
