Discover some interesting information about the Class. SOME COOL FACTS- The first decision we made as a class was to have our class meetings at IHOP. We never went there as a group until after our MEP was already long finished.
Class was the first MC class of Theta Beta to have its own webpage. Class had two (2) separate VPM's: Mike Chipolone, and Anne Carlson.- At 13 members,
Class is tied (with Xi Class) for the title of "Largest Class Initiated" into Theta Beta through the year 2000. Class, with 10 outgoing seniors, is the "Largest Graduating Class" of Theta Beta through the year 2000. Class was the first class to be initiated into a completely co-ed Theta Beta Chapter. Class remained UNDEFEATED in all inter-MC-class competitions during its Active years (1997-2000). At the time of our graduation in the year 2000, we are reigning Class Anchorman Champions, Class Penny-War Champions, and Class Trivial Pursuit Champions. Class has its own official holiday: " Day." This is a real holiday, which occurs on March 14th (3-14) every year. Class has the largest attendance record for a class fundraiser in the Theta Beta Chapter, with a whopping 68 brothers and alumni in attendance. Class is the only class to have seen the Theta Beta Chapter possess the Governor's Cup for Most Improved Chapter in the NED twice while active: we helped return it in 1997, and took it home again in 2000. Class painted the fraternity rock more than any other class through the year 2000, and over 10 times during our MEP alone. Class had its own gavel, a rubber mallet, which we all signed, and is now in the chapter history room.- Upon our graduation, the brothers of
Class donated Theta Beta Chapter Mascot Eddie T. Anvil, II, to the chapter.
