Dear OS and Parents,

1. Our School will be celebrating its 150th year of foundation in the 1st week of Oct 1997. On behalf of the Headmaster, I take this opportunity to invite you to attend the celebrations.

2. Relevant details for planning purposes are attached as follows:-

Further details/information like parking, traffic control and final program will be posted on the Net later. 

3. For your convenience, suitable parking facilities and traffic control are an essential requirement, more so, as accommodation is being arranged outside Sanawar. We have been working on this and with your co-operation, both the requirements will be taken care of. From your side, it would be appreciated if you come minimum four to a car. Cars carrying less than four persons will have to be parked at Kasauli from where suitable conveyance will be arranged.

4. We look forward to your coming. Please confirm your attendance or otherwise, by 20th May 1997 to the address given on the Attendance Confirmation Slip.

5. Old Sanawarians are requested to bring the contents of this letter to the notice of other OS, as we do not have the latest mailing address of quite a number. Please also fill the OS Directory form, if not already done so, and check with other OS for the same.
