President's Message

Ex-PRESIDENT AOBA's MESSAGE fOR THE ABBOTTONIANS.

It is a matter of immense pride for me that the first ever Abbottonians Directory has been published and launched in my tenure. I owe a lot to my whole team and specially Mr. Zafar Shamsi who made all this possible. Profound respects for Mr. Basharat Ahmed , Dr. Noaman Siddiqui and Mr. Gulzar Hussain Shah as without their support this handing over gift of CGB to the Lahore Chapter could have been delayed.

My Abbottonian brothers will appreciate the amount of labour and efforts which have been employed to provide them with a few moments in this tension oriented age to look back to the innocent and carefree days of their life. We could not have probably given anything better to our brother colleagues than this Directory.

On this occasion I also take the opportunity to admit that we may not have come up to the expectations of our Abbottonian brothers, nevertheless, a very sincere attempt was made with the available resources, potentials and abilities to do our best and contribute whatever was possible to make the Association and its Medical Wing A.M.A. stand on their feet. How far we have succeeded in this regard is something for you to judge. The Association, still being in it's formation phase, demands from you a little time, co-operation, financial assistance, interest and above all and all your earnest will to contribute towards its objectives.
