Sanna Rumour over here and it seems to be pretty official , is that Jokerit will be taking over the Newcastle Riverkings . Finnish players ( about six) arearriving ready for our first game on Sunday. A press conferance on Tuesday next will confirm that Jokerit will run the club for this season and wil buy the club at the end of the season , so I hope that makes things alittle clearer. Jackdaw.

According to Brian Storey (ISL), the meeting scheduled for June 9th has been postponed until Monday 14th due to circumstances beyond his control.
