1. Pastry Dough
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
.75 cup Shortening
5 or 6 tbs Cold Water
Ø Cut shortening into flour and salt
Ø Add water one tablespoon at a time while mixing with a
fork
Ø Use hands to press into a firm ball of dough Ø Roll
dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface
until thin Ø Use dough immediately or store in a bag in
fridge Ø Makes about 6 pasties
