Achievements: Still a tournament junkie but more involved with behind-the-scenes work. Recently revamped the New England Badminton as well as the Harvard badminton web sites. Current position at the Harvard Badminton Club is secretary, but still playing the role of Dictator-for-Life. Our group pulled off a successful collegiate tournament - the First New England Collegiate Challenge as well as a very successful Second Smith-Harvard Open. I am now a USAB-certified national level 1 umpire and I got to work at the US Open, Nike World Masters Games, MidAtlantic Classic, MidWest Classic, as well as the Dave Freeman Classic. I also recently got certified as well as a level II Coach.
Goals: Continue to push grass-roots badminton to higher levels... and get someone to take over managing this web site!
