Modified Yoga
 

Yoga doctrine for the first time emerged in India  and afterwards spread to nook and corner of the world. Especially in Indonesia. There are numerous educational institution in the field of physical exercise, whether or not in the relation to spiritual, but their basic movement adopted from Yoga's Assanas and afterwards modified to make it easier to study. So the like with its Method of Meditation.

To study Yoga in normal manner, it usually takes years of time and sometimes till decades to exercises Yoga Assanas lead by a "Guru" and even so, perhaps only some Cakras can be opened. Its imaginable how difficult it is to open a Cakra. The succes of those studying Yoga is measured by how many Cakras in his body he has succeeded to open.

The principle of the PCM respiration gymnastics is derived from the yoga's assanas. After being modified but not deviated from their true meaning and objective of each movement, it is very easy to study, effective and no difficulties. Commencing with studying the PCM respiration gymnastic and the already open cakras, the advancement obtained is very rapid.

It has been proved that within four months exercise, all PCM members experienced the following :

- Improvement of their health condition, for example : those who have been suffering from heart disease, asthma, high / low blood pressure, dizziness, stress etc., never suffer from a relapse and those new members with good health condition, feel their health become much better then before.

- Have a safe feeling and self confidence.

- To be able utilize their inner power, one after another :
a. Meditation
b. To detect short and long distance vibration
c. Transfer of power for short and long distance.
d. To obtain immunity  against blow and stokes
e. Crushing hard objects like file, Dragon water pump, block of ice, river stone, etc.
f.  Attacking and holding out with utilizing inner power, etc.
