Wasaga Beach Fathers Day Kitefest is a go for 2009!

EVENT INFO Kite flying is a challenging and entertaining activity, which has been part of recorded history for over 2000 years. Come see Single line kites, Dual line kites, Stunt & Sport Kites, even Power and Traction Kites. Each day will consists of kite flying demonstrations to music, and family fun fly. Come fly a kite Saturday and Sunday at the Annual Wasaga Beach KITEFEST. This two day event takes place at Beach Area One from 11a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Check out the Chamber of Commerce Wasaga beach Chamber of Commerce homepage. The beach is 14 kilometers long.

FLYING LOCATION

Beach Area One.
Parking provided for kiters, but you must register with the Chamber of commerce on the day of the event.

PARTICIPATION

Anyone wishing to perform and/or do a demonstration please contact Trudie McCrea at the Chamber of Commerce Trudie can prepare a scheduled program for the days activities.

ACCOMODATIONS

For kiters wishing to stay the overnight Fathers day weekend will be a busy weekend for bookings. So, if you want a room or campsite please book now to avoid dissapointment.
