Memory

An easy game that's great for small children

cardbar

Number of Players: 2

Equipment Needed: One deck of 52 cards

Setup: Shuffle the cards and lay them face down on the playing surface so that no cards are overlapping.

Object of the Game: To get the more pairs of cards then your opponents.

How to Play: The first player turns over two cards that he or she thinks will match. The player shows them to all other players. If the two cards are of the same value, the player keeps them as a match. For example, a nine of hearts and a nine of spades would be a match. If the two cards do not match then the player returns them facedown in the places they were before. This continues clockwise for all players. Players should try to remember the locations of cards so they can find matches. At the end of the game, whoever has the most matches wins!
