This site is dedicated to the Adventurers which is my
favorite Lego
theme and everything connected to it. Back in the spring of 1999 when I
was trying to find all of the Egyptian Desert sets (especially the
promotional
set), I missed a place where there was information about the
Adventurers.
Sure there was bits here and there, but at that there wasn't one site
where
all of the sets was listed. Hence the idea of this site was born. Below
is a very brief history of this site. |

| 1996-1998: |
In this period I bought at least one set from
every subtheme
so that most of the special pieces was represented |
| December 1998: |
I bought the 5918 to get the two
seat vehicle
body |
| January 1999: |
When I saw 2995 I immediately fell
in love
with it and began collecting Adventurers sets |
| March 1999: |
I decided to make the site |
| May 1999: |
After studying a little <HTML> and what
pleased me about
other sites I began working on the site |
| August 1st 1999: |
The site "went on the air" with all of the Egyptian Desert
and about
two thirds of the Amazon Jungle set |
| February 2000: |
Nominated and voted as Cool LEGO Site of Week. At first I
didn't know
about this, and wondered why the traffic suddenly boomed |
| August 7th 2000: |
In celebration of the one year anniversary I decided to give
the site
a facelift. The introduction was slightly delayed due to a difference
between
JavaScript and JScript |
