Weapons of Choice: A freeze gun which shoots out streams of ice.
Victor Fries was a research scientist who specialized in cryogenics. His wife, Nora, contracted a rare disease. He froze her body to preserve it while he searched for a cure to save her. At his job, his boss decided Victor was spending too much time and money searching for the cure. He confronted Victor and pulled the plug on Nora. Enraged, Victor engaged in a fight with his boss. During the struggle Victor fell into a vat which contained chemicals that altered his body. He could now only survive if his body was kept at sub-zero temperatures. He devised a special suit that allowed him to function in a normal world. He needed money to continue his research to find a cure for Nora and began his life of crime.
