MORNING STAR OUTREACH is seeking to mediate a portion of the reported 225.5 billion dollars designated for charity back into the United States.

MORNING STAR OUTREACH chooses to offer direct as well as mediation assistance to the United States American Indian Reservations in the form of clothing, bedding, food provisions, toys for the children, scholarship funding and household provisions. This also includes craft items of fabrics, beads, patterns, yarns and notions.

MORNING STAR OUTREACH seeks to assist to remove hunger, oppression and desolation by offering to offer humanitarian relief to the children and elders living in isolation, known as the reservations, here in the United States of America.

MORNING STAR OUTREACH began in 1992 with assisting the Pine Ridge Reserve.

MORNING STAR OUTREACH has supported and has been supported by the Ononodaga, Seneca, Mohawk and Tuscarora Reservation in central upstate New York. Several Art shows were orchestrated and held by MSO with the above tribal members sharing a percentage of their sales with MSO to help insure that over 2,000 pounds of clothing and provisions were sent to the Lakota Tribes.

Morning Star Outreach is continuing efforts to expand assistance towards reservations located within the USA.

Hence, our second headquarters now in North Dakota

MORNING STAR OUTREACH chooses, because of the census reports, to support the reservations of the Native Lakota Sioux Nation within the United States, South and North Dakota.

August 1996 gave MORNING STAR OUTREACH a land slide advancement of help offered, when a small band of Presbyterian Churches in New York joined with a small group of others located in central upstate NY, and began embracing this work. Together, MORNING STAR OUTREACH supporters and the Presbyterian Woman, offered as much assistance as possible to the 14,000 members of the STANDING ROCK, North Dakota during the Winter of 1996/97.

Humanitarian support in the form of many, many pounds of winter clothing, blankets, shoes, boots, coats, gloves, mittens, much of which was brand new items, along with hygiene products was directed into the hands of the STANDING ROCK HEAD START PROGRAM as well as to the Rosebud and Pine Ridge Reserves located in South Dakota. USA.

We have been doing this work since 1992 and receive no personal stipend whatsoever for our personal efforts.  We are both gainfully employed and consider what we do an honor to be able to do this.  Our reputation with our method of working stands strong and we intend to keep it that way.  MSO employs no one to work for them and we hope you will find that our reward is in being able to continue to do what we do personally for the people through the actions of MSO.
