Company Profile:
Var Covers & Packaging, Inc. or (VARPACK) is a Philippine-based business incorporated in 1995. It is in the business of importing and distributing specialty bookbinding papers from Watson Grange of Scotland and from Zanders Paper of Germany as well as converting these papers into the file folder boxes for retail sales. In 1996, the identification card business was added followed by bar code label printing to the food industry. The label business has recently been spunned off to become VAR CODE & PRINT, INC with additional new investors. They act as resellers for UBI scanners and printers too.

Var Covers & Packaging, Inc. (VARPACK) has now been reorganized and is composed of two (2) divisions: TRADING DIVISION & EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS DIVISION. The marketing area covers the Philippines.

The Trading Division covers both the representation of capital and packaging machineries and the distribution of packaging materials and supplies. We will continue to seek out strategic partners in the packaging industry from the United States and other countries in order to offer packaging machinery and supplies needed in the region.

The Educational Systems Division will cover consultancy, educational and training programs and technology transfer activities. We will engage Philippine and overseas experts and specialist in Packaging to provide consulting services to companies and the training in packaging technology to current and future packaging practitioners in the area.
