Yum-Yum Coffee Cake
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspon vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream butter until soft. Add sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Srir in vanilla. Pour 1/2 of the batter in a bundt or 9-inch springform pan. Combine ingredients for topping. Cover batter with 1/2 of the topping mixture. Pour rest of batter over topping and top with remaining topping mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes with bundt pan or 45 minutes with springform pan.
