Bake one circle and one square. Cut the circle in half. Put the pieces together as shown below.

Frost and decorate as desired.

Bake four circles. Cut as shown in the picture below. Leave one interior circle for the head. Eat the rest for a snack.

Cover a very large piece of cardboard with aluminum foil. Frost with blue icing. Frost all the pieces with a layer of frosting to set the crumbs. Set the pieces upright as show below.

Frost and decorate as desired. If you are expecting a lot of people, put two layers of sea monster together.
