Jaques Oreo Surprise
| Make a sauce of: |
| 1- 16 oz. can of Hershey's Chocolate |
2 cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk (like Eagle Brand) | 1 stick butter |
| Cook over medium heat, stirring CONSTANTLY, for 5 full minutes. |
| Let Cool Completely. |
| Make Bottom Layer: |
30-35 Oreo Sandwich Cookies |
1 stick butter |
| Crush Oreo's in a gallon size Ziploc bag. |
| Add very soft or melted butter and mix thoroughly. |
| Press into a 9 x 13 pan and place in freezer until firm. |
| Slice ½ gallon of Cookies & Cream Ice Cream on top of Oreo crust. |
| Smooth with spatula. |
| Return to freezer. |
| When Oreo/Ice Cream mixture is solid, pour on the COMPLETELY cooled sauce and spread evenly. |
| Return to freezer until firm. |
| Top with 8 oz. or so of Cool Whip. |
| Sprinkle top with Chocolate Sprinkles. |
| Return to freezer until ready to serve. |
| Remove from freezer about 15 minutes prior to serving. |
| Slice into pieces like you would a cake. |
