Sausage and Rice Dish

Smoked Sausage

2 cups uncooked white rice

2 cans Campbells Consomme' Soup

Water, if necessary

1. Dice sausage into small pieces into a large skillet.

2. Brown slightly.

3. Add soups and rice.

4. Bring to boil.

5. Cover and simmer until rice is done.

6. Add extra water, if it starts getting too dry.

7. Serve with a salad.

My kids really love this stuff!!
