He married Mercy unknown. Mercy died 1718.

Nathaniel Baker and Mercy unknown had the following child:

11 i. Mercy⁵ Baker was born 2/4/1706. Mercy died 3/4/1781 in Middleboro, MA, at 75 years of age. She married Sylvanus Cobb in Barnstable, MA, 11/7/1728. Sylvanus was born in Barnstable, MA 11/25/1700. He was the son of James Cobb Jr and Elizabeth Hallett. Sylvanus died 9/30/1756 in Barnstable, MA, at 55 years of age.
