The "Library Woman"
This page might deserve to be on my awards page, because that is the way this writing made me feel when I received it. Being a teacher, means striving to make a difference in children's lives...every little change is a plus! When asked to write about their favorite teacher, Marissa, a first grader, chose to write about me. I was honored, to say the least and could not let this high praise just get lost in the shuffle of paper that crosses a media specialist's desk, so I have decided to keep it here for all to see my accomplishment...yes, I guess I'm bragging...after all "I'm a good library woman" at least in the eyes of one small person and isn't that what makes it all worth it?
