                      Fresh Apple Cake
3/4 cup oil                        1tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar                    1/2 tsp.salt
2 eggs                              1tsp. soda
1tsp. vanilla                      1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups flour                       3 cups diced apples
  Mix oil, sugar,eggs,andvanilla; beat until fluffy.
Sift flour,salt, cinnamon and soda. Add apples
to flour mixture and stir. Bake at 325 degrees
in greesed bundt pan for one hour.                                                                        
        
           
                     Jello Cake
Bake one regular yellow cake mix. When baked punch holes with fork. Dissolve one pack of jello in 3/4 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour over cake, cool in frig.
Whip 1 pack of instant vanilla pudding, and i small cool whip; Pour over cake. Let chill
                 Ritz Cracker Pie
3 egg whites beaten
1 cup pecans
1 tea. baking powder
1tea vanilla
Beat eggs sugar, baking powder and vanilla together; then add 24 ritz
crackers crumbled. Add 1 cup pecans
stir with spoon.
pour in 9 inch pie pan and bake for 20 min. in 350 degrees oven. After cool;
top with cool whip
                                    Pretzel Dessert
2 cups crushed pretzels

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup margine,melted
2 envelopes whipped topping mix
1 cup cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package(8ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling or blue berry pie filling
In a large bowl, combine pretzels, sugar and margarine: set
aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press the remaining mixture into
an ungreased 13in.x9in.x2in. dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat whipped topping mix, and vanilla on
high speed for 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Add cream
cheese and confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Spread
halfover crust. Top with the pie filling and remaining cream
cheese mixture. Sprinkle with reserved pretzel mixture. Refrigerate
over night.
