• There are many backgrounds images available for free on the Web.
  This one came from Netscape's website.
• Type "Backgrounds" into Hotbot search engin for a ton of sources.
• Try this source for Bullets, Bars, and Background Textures.

Other things about backgrounds:

• Choose also a body background color to closely match the image.
• The background image should not detract from the message.
• Use a color scheme for all the elements on the page.
• Invision the page colors without the background image, just in case the image does not load up on someone's browser.
