Bennie Lee Armstrong July 14, 1933 - May 15, 1998

Bennie Lee Armstrong was born on July 14, 1933 and died May 15, 1998. He had lung cancer. He was a fishing addict. There was only one thing he loved to do more than fish and that was reading. He loved his family and was as much a father to all of his stepchildren as he was to his only biological child. He was very special, he knew how to give love in a way that few people can. He always had the right words at the right time often hidden in one of his crazy stories or jokes. He touched everyone he met and is missed by everyone who ever knew him. He was unconditional love personified. The doctors told him that his lung cancer was probably in remission as he was feeling so much better, but ten days after seeing his doctor for a backache and being given Motrin for what "was probably arthritis", Bennie died of cancer which had spread throughout his body.
