In Loving Memory
Mitchell Adam Bryan
July 20, 1962 - November 7, 1997

Mitch was born in Springfield, Missouri and died in Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar, Missouri of pneumonia. He believed in GOD and was his mother's Guardian Angel. He was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at the age of 6. He was a happy, fun-loving, smiling child...A loving, caring person who had many friends. He was in a wheelchair by the 7th grade. He put many model cars together after that. He loved animals and had 2 dogs and three birds while he still lived at home. He loved his 3 brothers and loved being with them. He loved spoiling his 3 neices and 1 nephew. He spent many hours playing sega with Jeremiah, his 7 year old nephew. Those were fun times for both of them...And Jeremiah misses him a lot. This was the last two years in the nursing home close to home. He was in Denver in a rehab for a year or so when he first got sick and was put on a ventilator, then was moved to Mt. Vernon, Missouri where he spent three years closer to family. Finally he was able to move even closer to home which made his family very happy and allowed his mother to spend more time with him. He was happy those last two years. He started his own Foundation for people like him. He called it the "World's Of Life Foundation". (W.O.L.F.) He was really proud of this and worked very hard on it the last year he was alive. Then he got pneumonia and couldn't get better. He was sick for a month (really sick) before he died. He died the week after Halloween, and he loved holidays....He always dressed up, but too sick this time. He loved Life and tried to live but he just couldn't.

OUR HERO

Our Hero----You stood so tall
Our Hero-----You loved us so
We Laughed---We Cried......You Understood
Our Hero---You Stood So Tall
Life was fun with you around; We teased-We joked
With Love No Bounds. Our Hero, So full of Love
Our Hero, You Stood So Tall., A year has passed
We've learned so much, A loving God that has touched us all........
Our Hero---He took you away
Our Hero--Is with God today...
