Richard James Stewart, Jr.

September 14, 1972 - October 28, 1987

Jimmy had just turned 15 years old when he was struck and killed by a hit and run driver. He is pictured above with his nephew, Joey, taken 3 weeks prior to his death.

And when your thought should turn to me, know I would not have you cry... But live for me and laugh for me for when you are happy, so am I.

In his Mother's words: He was my life and soul mate. It is true that only the good die young and he was the best there was. He was so proud of his new nephew Joey and he was extremely close to his sister Dawn and next to me she knew him best. The two things that keep me together are that my last words to him were I love you and the fact of knowing that when he took his last breath, he left this earth with love for his mom and no one can take that from me.
