Frozen Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 med. cabbage, shredded 1 carrot, grated
1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cup water
1 cup vinegar 2 cups sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix salt into shredded cabbage and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze out excess water and add shredded carrot. Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over slaw. Put in freezer. Thaw and serve.
