Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 cup yellow corn meal 1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar 4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk 1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp. baking powder

Combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until fairly smooth. Bake at 425 degrees in a greased 8" square baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
