| 1 C. cooked pumpkin | 1/4 C. cooking oil |
| 1/2 C. biscuit mix | 1/2 C. packed brown sugar |
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1/2 C. milk |
| 2 Tsp. baking powder | 1/2 C. raisins |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill greased and floured muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Place on racks and cool. Serve with butter, honey, or cream cheese. Makes about 12 - 14 cupcakes.
