Onion Bread

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. yeast 1/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 cup milk 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sugar 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
7 cups all-purpose flour

Disslove yeast in water. Add milk, cheese, baking powder, oil, sugar & onion soup. Mix together, then all flour gradually until you have a good bread dough consistency. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead. Put in a greased bowl, cover and allow to rise until doubled bread pans. Punch dough down. Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased bread pans. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Remove to cooling rack and cover with towel.
