Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
3 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent roll dough shredded Cheddar cheese
3-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese Tomatoes
Milk Broccoli
Horseradish Green onions
Carrots, shredded

Press crescent roll dough on the bottom of a cookie sheet. Be sure to press up the sides and close all perforations together to create 1 large piece of dough. Bake as directed on package. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, approximately 1 tablespoon of milk (enough to slightly moisten) and add horseradish to taste. Mix altogether. Set aside. Cut up vegetables into small pieces. Shred carrots. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crescent rolls. It should cover the complete bottom. Put vegetables over this mixture evenly. Add carrots over these, and then add the shredded Cheddar cheese to top to finish. Cut into squares for serving. You may put any kind of vegetables on this.
