4 cups potatoes, diced | 1 cup carrots, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped | 1/4 cup onions, chopped |
1 chicken bouillon cube | 1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. pepper | 1 1/2 cups milk |
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes | 3 Tbsp. flour |
8 oz. processed cheese, cubed |
Place all chopped vegetables, bouillon cube, salt, pepper & parsley flakes in a large saucepan filled 2/3 with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir together milk and flour and then pour into saucepan, until mixture is thickened. Add processed cheese. stir until melted. This serves 4-6 people!
