Delicious Stuff Peppers
Cut the top off the peppers real thin. Remove all the seeds and then rinse the peppers. Cook peppers in boling water covered for 5 minutes; drain. Cook ground beef and onions, stirring occasionally, until beef is light brown; drain. Stir in rice, salt, garlic salt and 1 cup of tomato sauce; heat until hot.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Stand the peppers in a square baking pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the peppers. Cover and bake for 45 mintes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. 6 serving.
