Lucky is a male we rescued 18 months ago. He was about 8
months old when we picked him up from a local shelter. He was
fly and flea bitten and way underweight. They found him
wandering along the road. My guess is he was either a Christmas
pet that got to big or he wasn't big enough/aggressive enough for
breeding. Lucky is still a pee-wee dog--especially for a male
dobe. He's only 65-70 lbs soaking wet. Lucky has been the
best companion anyone could ask for. He and I have a bond I
never thought possible.
Gypsy is a female blue we rescued from Doberman Rescue of
Columbus, GA. We recently moved from Baltimore to Nashville and
on my wish list was dobe #2 for Lucky to pal around with. Gypsy
has come a long way in the 4 months we've had her. She was
completely untrained and didn't know her name. She's a model
dog in her level 1 obedience training and we may take her on for her
CD.
Lucky and Gypsy are proudly owned by Tim & Marina Caro from
Nashville.
