Nancy and I went
through a period where there more questions in life than answers.
As Messianic believers serving God we first turned to Him for all
our requests and needs. It was during these troubled months when
the movie “Chariots of Fire” came out on the big screen. The protagonist
Eric Little a British distance runner refused to run on Sabbath
during the Olympic games because it conflicted with his belief
in honoring and resting on the Sabbath. He ran in other races
though and won several Gold metals. He honored God and His Lord
honored him. Not too many years later Eric Little lost his life
serving as a missionary in China, continuing to the end serving
the Lord that he loved and obeyed.
Nancy and I also honor and serve Adonai Yeshua (Our Lord Jesus).
Many years ago, before we even met each other, we determined to
dedicate our lives to Him. It was during these troubled times
that, like Eric Little, we too found haShem’s strength and stamina
to run on and on in this race of life
