So what if I know the theme song to every cartoon by heart, or consider my wonderful spiro-graph a priceless work of art. So what if I ate Cap'n Crunch for dinner the other night, or refuse to look beneath the bed, lest I die of fright. So what, if on Christmas morn, I'm worse than any child, or use my imagination to turn the woods into a jungle gone wild. So what if I like to play in elaborate jungle gyms, or stop to make funny faves in shiny new tire rims. So what if I make unusual things out of tape and aluminum foil, or eat all my ice-cream in one night, just so it won't spoil. "So What!" say I, an impish grin spreads slowly cross'd my fave. "I'm not so different than anyone, in any human race. I like to laugh, I like to smile, I'm amused by simple things. To make me happy, a time toy beats out a dozen rings. So look beyond my child-like ways, and you can see the pain I feel, when everyone I know forgets that I DO have a brain.
