Live each day to the fullest.
Enjoy every second of your life.
Don’t go through the motions, saying, that will suffice.

Breathe deep the peaceful air.
Fill your lungs with the sweet perfume,
Of all the flowers that are in bloom.

Control the anger that’s inside, let it go.
Calm the restless spirit within your soul.
Make love and peace your present goal.

Acknowledge the blessings that are yours 
Unleash the creative side of you,
Do something that is fun to do!

Learn to share your feelings with someone.
Tell somebody today, that you care,
And that of their feelings you’re aware.

If you find these things hard to do,
To help you make it through the day.
Do just one thing, PRAY!

God makes all things possible.
Without his help we would not be,
One of God’s best gifts is you and me.
