Egg Beater Omelet

1/3 cup Egg Beater; Egg Substitute
2 Egg Whites of Large Chicken Egg
21. gm Cheese, Fat Free
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1/3 cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 oz Chopped Cured Ham

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold in the egg beaters. Pour mixture into heated omelet pan that has been sprayed with no-fat cooking spray. Cook until almost set. . Carefully turn, sprinkle remainder of ingredients on half pan and then fold over the other half to seal. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for another minute or two. Slide out of pan onto warm plate. Serve with ripe sliced tomato, steamed asparagus, or other low calorie vegetable. Yield: 1 Serving
