Belle's Corner

Welcome to Belle's Corner. Belle is a 13 year old pure bred German Shepherd. We got her from a kennel in West Berne, NY. She is fully AKC registered, and comes from championship lines. She used to be very active, and is very trim, weighing in around 50 lbs. She doesn't have an ounce of fat on her. If anything, she is too thin! She is an old lady now, and clearly showing her age. But she still thinks like a puppy at times. She is starting to lose her hearing as well as having a hard time getting up & down & around. She enjoys running with her "sister" Jasmine, as well as playing catch the frisbee or ball. We love her dearly. She is the most tenderhearted dog I've ever seen. When we scold our daughters, Belle is right there under you, ears back, eyes long, tail thumping, looking so pitiful, it's as if she was the one in trouble.
