Apple Trukeys

Materials needed:

• apples
• gumdrops
• tooth picks
• turkey face made out of paper

Face the apple with the bottom of the apple towards you. The bottom of the apple will be the face of the turkey. Secure the face with toothpicks. Place a gumdrop on a tooth pick. Make three of these. Turn the apple so the bottom is facing you and poke the three gumdrop sticks into the apple making a triangle shape. Now you can have your turkey stand. Make more gumdrop sticks and poke them towards the back of the turkey where the feathers are on a real turkey. Make sure not to make it too top heavy.
