In 1 1/2-qt. casserole, mix soup, milk and pepper. Stir in beans and 2/3 c. French Fried Onions. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees until hot. Stir; top with 2/3 c. onions. Bake 5 minutes until onions are golden. Makes 6 servings.
