God Is The Pilot In My Life

God is the pilot in my life,
He leads and shows the way,
To keep me from the pitfalls
Encountered each new day.

He guides me through my trials and fears,
Though small or great they be,
He is my refuge and my strength,
When troubled I may be.

He keeps me on a steady course,
And shows me wrong from right,
I will not founder on the rocks,
If I keep Him in my sight.
