Founder and Pastor
Planted a new church in Largo, MD. The church is presently located in Capitol Heights, MD. Bivocational, part-time pastor. Lead worship services, Bible Studies, counseling, Sunday school, vacation Bible school, music ministry, and spiritual development. Preach weekly sermons. Established stewardship program. Held seminars on spiritual, economic, political, social, and educational issues. Created new cable TV show "The Light of the World" on Community TV of Prince George’s County, MD. Mentor to several doctor of ministry candidates at United Theological Seminary. Developed programs for adults, teenagers, and children. Editor of weekly newsletter. Wrote newspaper articles for the Prince George’s Journal, Prince George’s Post, Washington Post, and The Charleston (SC) News and Courier. Certified seminary instructor for the Southern Baptist Convention. United States Army Reserve Chaplain. Author of the book: Stewardship and Discipleship Development in the American Church. Writing books: The Bible: A Document for Life; Church Administration; and Preaching Under the Anointing.

DEMONSTRATIONS OF EFFECTIVENESS
Conceptualized and developed a new church. Created all plans, objectives, and goals. Developed ministry outreach strategies using demographics, trend analysis, and prayer. Result: Planted a new church in Largo, MD.
Researched/produced a project and thesis for the doctor of ministry degree. Attended seven years of classes which included intensive sessions and peer group discussions. Wrote project methodology; developed project time line; worked with group of church members in shaping project; implemented and modified project as needed; evaluated findings; wrote thesis and final documentation and defended my thesis. Result: Earned the Doctor of Ministry degree.
Wrote operational instructions for Christ Creative Baptist Church. Penned the overall policies for day to day ministry for all groups to include deacons/deaconesses, trustees, Sunday school teachers, associate ministers, choirs, ushers, and staff members. Wrote Constitution and By Laws, Articles of Faith, and New Member Orientation Instructions. Result: Established the policies that govern Christ Creative Baptist Church and the Church was incorporated.
Created youth group named "Success In Life Club" as youth pastor. Sponsored tutoring programs, motivational speakers, youth mentoring, business development, Bible games, rap sessions, and field trips. Results: Youths were established in the knowledge of Christ and learned what it took to be a success.
